We only access the files you select or create using LinkiDoc. We do not access or modify any other files in your Drive.
All documents created or imported in LinkiDoc are securely encrypted. The links shared with participants (signers, reviewers, etc.) are bound to encrypted tokens that ensure only authorized access. We do not expose any document to the public unless you explicitly choose to share it.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Document metadata and audit logs are securely stored in encrypted format and only visible to users with access to the document link.
When you delete a document or link, all associated data, including the file reference and access logs, are permanently removed from our servers.
We use secure HTTPS connections, encrypted Cloudflare R2 storage, and strict access controls to protect your data. All document-related activity is transparently logged.
LinkiDoc’s use of Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use access to Google Drive for the purposes you approve and never misuse your data.
